About a month ago, we got to see our baby. :)

It's a BOY! :)
We were happy to hear that he is happy and healthy so far. It was neat to catch him looking the right ways so it seemed he was looking at us. First thing, it was clear it was a boy. The Dr. just looked at us and asked if we had anymore questions. LOL Then he took a lot more pictures for us. It was neat to watch the baby move around (not very quickly this time! lol) and to see Chad and Jace watching the monitor. :)
But here's a snapshot of the belly today. 25 weeks. Holy crap. Time has flown by.
Yep. Pregnant.
Nothing is in order yet and is causing me to freak out on occasion. I am a planner and need to plan. So... This is definitely something God hears from me about a lot. He keeps saying be patient, but geez that's hard.
Baby is moving quite a bit in the mornings and evenings. While Chad was at work last night. Jace and I made a game of watching my belly jump from kicks. It was fun. lol So neat and strange to watch. A friend of mine is having twins and I can only imagine what it'll be like for her when her babies get big enough for her to feel like that!
Someone at work asked me what it feels like. I had always wondered this myself and always got gushy non-answer answers from people like "amazing!" & "wonderful!" It's weird. The first time you feel the baby really move it is weird and you'll know what I mean. Now as far as actually what it feels like to you, it feels like a twitch. Like when your thigh twitches from sitting in a weird position or running. It's a definite movement that you can see and had no control over. It is pretty cool, not gonna lie. But it takes some getting used to. It's one thing to feel it on the inside (which feels like you may need to excuse yourself to the restroom shortly) but it's a completely different thing to start seeing it on the outside.
It was really neat Friday night. We went to see The Avengers movie. (You really should go see it. It's pretty much amazing.) The sound of course was loud for the majority of the movie. Then you get to the credits and of course you stay for the after clip... well the music was softer than the clip so when it started it apparently startled baby boy here. LOL All I could do was laugh. Chad looked at me like I was crazy until I explained to him what had happened. lol

Obviously taken a couple months ago... lol
And I'm pretty sure I've posted this already but... .here it is again. I love this shirt. I really do. I know it was expensive, but... it's my favorite piece of maternity clothing so far.
I registered at Target and Walmart. But... I'm hoping people just surprise us with clothes and stay far away from monkey prints. LOL I have no idea what it is with monkey print, but since I've been pregnant I have begun to detest it. Literally any other animal is completely fine. But monkeys.... gag.
I still don't really crave anything. I've gained a lot of weight... I am retaining water. I tire easily and am hot a lot. lol Regular prego stuff I reckon. People keep asking me if all is well with baby and me... I just reply "I reckon so!" I have no idea. lol. Some people also keep asking me if there are twins in there. I'm not sure how they think that translates to funny in any womans mind... let alone a pregnant one. Thanks for letting me know that I look exactly how I feel. HUGE. People are dumb! lol
We still haven't decided on a name and neither one of us is in much of a hurry to figure it out. Apparently, that's weird. But the way we look at it is we then have the rest of our lives calling this child by it's full length name so there is no rush. Shoot, even after he makes his grand entrance we have 3 days. :) lol
But... that's about all I can think to share at this point... so... Happy Sunday, y'all!
